We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Housing Support Staff at our CHARTER and Stratford Apartments in Salt Lake City.

Enjoy a Flexible Schedule

Work just three 12-hour shifts per week while maintaining full-time status and benefits.

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Grave Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Pay Range: $20.40 – $23.99 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Create a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
  • Monitor building access and assist residents with entering and exiting the property
  • Support resident wellness, safety, and accountability
  • Build positive relationships through encouragement, rapport-building, and support
  • Utilize de-escalation, conflict resolution, and crisis management techniques
  • Transport residents to appointments and community resources
  • Support residents with a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented approach
  • Assist the House Manager and Program Manager with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support resident success
  • Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating healthy, pro-social behaviors

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards

Preferred:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Knowledge of homelessness, mental health, and substance use recovery
  • Peer Support Specialist Certification
